Nature’s Nest Montessori
About Us

Hatchlings
Our Hatchlings class provides a warm, nurturing environment where little ones begin their Montessori journey. Through purposeful play, sensory exploration, and creative activities, children develop social and emotional skills while discovering the joy of learning. Each day encourages curiosity, independence, and a love for exploration.

Nestlings
In the Nestlings class, children build confidence and foundational skills through hands-on learning and guided discovery. With a balance of structure and creativity, Nestlings explore age-appropriate themes that spark imagination and deepen their understanding of the world.

Fledglings
The Fledglings class prepares children for formal schooling while nurturing their individuality and love for learning. Through engaging Montessori activities, literacy and numeracy readiness, and values-based lessons, children develop confidence, focus, and leadership qualities. Our goal is to help each child spread their wings and take flight into the next stage of their learning journey.

What makes the Montessori method at Nature’s Nest different?
Our Montessori approach is hands-on, child-led, and sensory-rich. Children learn by doing — using real materials to explore math, language, science, and practical life. They choose activities, work at their own pace, and develop independence, confidence, and a genuine love for learning in a calm, respectful environment.
What ages do you accept?
We welcome children from 3 to 6 years old. Children should be potty trained or in the process of training.
What does a typical day look like at Nature’s Nest?
Each day includes a balance of free Montessori work, structured learning, Islamic studies, outdoor play, story time, and individual attention.
How does Nature’s Nest prepare children for Grade 1?
We focus on building strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, confidence, independence, problem-solving, and social skills. Our children leave emotionally and academically ready for primary school.
How do you support mixed-age learning (Vertical Grouping)?
We use vertical grouping, where children of different ages learn together. Younger children learn by observing older peers, while older children build leadership and responsibility. Each child works at their own level in a supportive, family-like classroom.
